Playtech Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the playtech platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the playtech platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the playtech platform or its services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and playtech as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms from time to time.
The playtech platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above residing in Malaysia. Use by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and playtech reserves the right to terminate the account of any user found to not meet this minimum age requirement.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the playtech platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The use of false identities, fictitious information, or accounts registered on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or closure of the account without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered as carried out by you, unless you promptly report any unauthorised use to us at [email protected].
Users agree not to use the playtech platform for any unlawful purposes, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the security of the platform or other users. Any attempt to hack, manipulate systems, exploit bugs or disrupt platform services is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are also prohibited from sharing or transferring their account to any third party, using automated software or bots to interact with the platform, or engaging in any form of betting fraud.
3. Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the playtech platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including FPX and locally available e-wallets at any given time. Available payment methods are subject to change based on platform policy.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them. playtech reserves the right to hold, suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving illegally obtained funds or violating any applicable law.
For withdrawals, users must ensure that the registered bank account name matches the name on their platform account. playtech reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or for accounts that raise security concerns. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few hours to one working day.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 7 working days from the date of the transaction in question.
4. Suspension Policy and Account Closure
Playtech reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, use of false information during registration, detection of multiple accounts under the same name, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
In cases of investigation-based suspension, account funds may be held temporarily until the investigation is concluded. playtech will notify the user of the investigation outcome via their registered email.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the playtech support team via email. Prior to closure, users must settle any outstanding transactions and withdraw all eligible funds in accordance with platform conditions.
Funds that are still in active wagering or subject to unfulfilled bonus requirements cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are met or the bonus period expires.
5. Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
Playtech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service disruptions due to technical maintenance, or financial losses resulting from a user's betting decisions. Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and are solely responsible for their own decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the playtech platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and interfaces — is the property of playtech and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from playtech.
Third-Party Links
The playtech platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. playtech is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Playtech reserves the right to modify, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms will always be displayed on this page along with the most recent update date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in effect.
Continued use of the playtech platform after any updated terms have been posted constitutes full acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
